All of our pieces are handmade to order so unless otherwise arranged please allow 28 days for delivery.
For retail orders, delivery costs will be quoted upon ordering (normally less than £5.00).
Wholesale orders:
UK: All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or tracked delivery service. Depending on your order size, postage and packing will be between £3.00 - £12.00. This will be confirmed at time of ordering.
U.S.A: Postage and packing is included in our wholesale prices.
All orders are by pro forma invoice unless otherwise arranged. For UK customers payment can be made by cheque, switch or credit card for which there is a 2% charge. Preferred method of payment for overseas orders is by credit card for which there is no extra charge.
The prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds sterling (£). If payment is made by credit card the final transaction will be settled in pounds sterling.
Cancellation of an order must be in writing, by fax, e mail or post, quoting your name, address and contact telephone number.
If for any reason you are unhappy with
your goods then please contact us to discuss the matter before returning
any item.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, in exactly the same
condition in which they were supplied to you. You are liable for the
goods until they are delivered to us, and we will not reimburse you
until the goods are returned to us in good (fit for resale) condition.
We strongly advise that you use royal mail special delivery or other
tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be sure that any
goods returned are delivered to us safely.
If goods returned to us are found to be damaged then we will not refund
the money.
