As our items are handmade by ourselves we do not hold a lot of stock. We aim to send out all orders within 7 days of receipt, however sometimes during busy periods it can be longer.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us unworn with the tags still on within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund.
HOW TO PAY
All transactions are in pounds sterling. We accept online payment through Paypal.
By Cheque or bank Transfer: If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact us at info@tammychild.co.uk No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability.

UK DELIVERY
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries, larger orders will be shipped with parcelforce. The cost of delivery is free to UK customers only..
Providing your items are in stock we will dispatch your order to you within 5 working days, if items are out of stock we will aim to ship them within 14 days. Please let us know if you require something next day as this can be arranged at a cost of special delivery postage.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
On the website we offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. If you don't find your country on the list please email us at info@tammychild.co.uk
All international deliveries are sent via Air Mail, tracked and signed. The delivery charge within Europe is £10.00per order and £15.00 per order for the rest of the world. Please note this service is offered for security and not speed - express delivery is stock dependent and can be arranged.
Please note that local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Providing your items are in stock we will dispatch your order to you within 5 working days If items are out of stock we will aim to ship them within 14 days . The final price quoted on the payments page after you have filled your basket and specified your location is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination.
DUTY AND CUSTOMS
If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
RETURNS
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify Tammy Child by email to info@tammychild.co.uk within 7 days if the goods are damaged or faulty. If you fail to do so you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods must be returned to Tammy Child within 14 days of delivery. You shall be entitled to a replacement or full refund (including delivery costs plus any return postal charges) if the goods are in fact defective.
If you wish to return perfect goods for a refund, this must be done within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, and must be adequately insured for the return journey. You are eligible for a full refund less the outbound and return shipping and packing charges once we have received and inspected the goods. All returned goods must clearly show the original order number and details.
PROOF OF POSTING
For your own protection, you are advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will help you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged or otherwise undelivered/undeliverable.
